Coffee (in English: coffee) is a black drinks containing caffeine and widely used, from the ripe coffee beans, which are harvested and shelled, dried and then roasted up to make a coffee taste like we're taking today. Here are the characteristics of some types of coffee:
1. Coffee Arabica
Coffee is slightly longer grain, grown at altitudes above 600 meters (in Vietnam is mainly grown in Lam Dong), cool climate, is grown mainly in Brazil, and accounts for 2/3 of the coffee in the world today.
A new way of processing is creating differences between Arabica and Robusta. Arabica is harvested fruit, then fermented (soaked for hatch ...) and then washed and dried. 4. Coffee Cherry

5. Coffee Moka
Moka is a species in the genus Arabica coffee, the French are acclimatized from the 30s of last century, grown in Da Lat - Lam Dong. Moka coffee trees can only grow and develop at an altitude of 1500m, very few places is growing. Every year the country exported over one million tons of coffee almost mostly Robusta coffee grown in Buon Me Thuot and some other provinces. So, in Vietnam Nnam Moka coffee is rare, always have higher rates of other types of coffee. It can be seen, not many of us have the opportunity to enjoy pure Moka, though world consumption to 80% Arabica, Moka.
