In 2016 : This is top 10 companies employees want to work in Vietnam

The job finding website JobStreet.com announced “ Top 10 wanted companies job in 2016 in Vietnam “, as the result, most of the names in the list are Multinational corporations which have headquarters abroad, getting prevail.

Unilever Vietnam has stayed in the top, which is providing the dream job to employees. The multinational corporations has many brands which is familiar to Vietnam consumers : Dove, Omo, or Sunsilk.

The next one is a company that very familiar to children in Vietnam : Vinamilk – the largest dairy company in Vietnam with many kinds of products ; the third place belongs to a real estate company : The Vingroup. These two are domestic companies which have giant capital in current stock market.

In technological area, we have both domestic companies and foreign companies, there are Samsung, FPT, Viettel and Intel. And the rest other places are Nestle, P&G and Suntory PepsiCo – necessary goods companies.

The latest JobStreet.com research has done on 2nd quarter/2016 with more than 2.500 employees from many industries

The new and important information from employees in the research is : they want advancement, personal development more than salaries or welfare.

The research showed that 6 in 10 companies are employees choice, are the foreign corporations. Within ASEAN area, these researches are quite similar to Malaysia, the country has 6/10 wanted domestic companies in Malaysia, by Malaysia JobStreet.com. In the other hand, in Singapore, only 3/10 wanted domestic companies have listed in JobStreet.com ranking, which means multinational corporations are their favorite workplace.
