Apple CEO - Tim Cook, always wakes up at 3h45, usually the earliest man in the office and the last one who leave.
Most of people who wake up early because their job requirements, like a
farmer, flying attendant, postman or currency trader. However, there
are some people do it without the requirement, just because they like
it.
Russ Perry, 33 years old, stays in Scottsdale ( Arizona, U.S )
, founder of Design Pickle - a graphic designing company, said that
from 4AM to 6AM is the most purposeful and systematical time frame.
This happened whenever his family has one more member, Russ Perry and
his wife will relay a little bit the wake up time. Since they has the
third daughter, the alarm goes off at every 4AM.
After waking up
and praying, Perry starts a mailbox checking, company financial problem
considering, working out. He arrives home at 6.30AM and eats breakfast.
Although most of experts, email checking at the early morning is the
cause of stresses, Perry sees it help him in reducing worries and
increasing confident, made him feel as he has been working before
others. The consequence is he will be exhausted at 10PM, but he is not
going to give up this routine.
There are many successful people
have this habit. Tim Cook - Apple CEO, always wakes up at 3h45, usually
the earliest man in the office and the last one who leave. Sallie
Krawcheck, Ellevest CEO, 4AM is the most productive time, for her.
Also more reason for people to choose early morning as the working time
is : avoid distractions from Internet and social network. Somebody
choose to work from home before leaving because they want to finish
everything in case there is any suddenly order. Additionally, they are
interesting in the quiet atmosphere of early morning.

get into a quite space, you'll not be distracted from other people, then

People usually are influenced by
distraction factors at offices ( noises, mail pop-up, arriving calls,
Facebook, ... " Start do it at 4AM will rescue you from those annoys "

Peter Shankman, 44 years old, an
entrepreneur, speaker, in New York, often does jogging at 4AM. There are
empty streets, allow him to thinking while running without eyeful.
Arriving home at 7AM, he opens laptop to work, check the mailbox, note
down...
To be able to wake up early, he must go to bed at 8.30 PM
. " I am exhausted at that time, the good side is it does not allow me
to do needless habits like snack time "
